Our Story

KnowOne started on the premise of building things better. While everyone is required to frame to meet the local building code, we go a step beyond. Building code is a minimum standard for construction structural requirements, and what makes us different is the workmanship and attention to detail that goes into each project during every step, including our framing services.

Framing a structure and home is more than just getting the walls up. It is the basis that determines how easily other trades can work on the house, greatly impacting schedules. From plumbing and HVAC to our finishing services, people can work faster with fewer issues along the way, which enhances the overall building experience for everyone involved.

As a certified passive house tradesperson, we understand the necessity of cohesion among all of the trades involved, including our foundation services. Air and vapor barrier installation and integrity start in the design phase, are executed during the structural stages, and must be maintained throughout every step of the process. Details matter!

The little things we do, which can sometimes take a little longer on the front end of the build, yield fewer problems and callbacks, ultimately saving time and money for everyone.
