KnowOne started on the premise of building things better.  While everyone is required to frame to meet the local building code, we go a step beyond.  Building code is a minimum standard for construction structural requirements and what makes us different is the workmanship and attention to detail that goes into each project during every step. 

Framing a structure and home is more than just getting the walls up.  It is the basis that determines how easily other trades can work on the house, and can have a profound affect on schedules.  From plumbing and h-vac to painting and finishing, people can work faster with less issues along the way which makes for a better overall building experience for everyone.

As a certified passive house tradesperson, we understand the necessity of the overall cohesion of the building between all of the trades involved.  Air and vapor barrier install and integrity starts in the design phase, is executed during the structural stages and has to be maintained through every step of the process.  Details matter!  

The little things we do which can sometimes take a little longer on the front end of the build yield fewer problems and callbacks, which in turn saves time and money for everyone.
